Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All GIT Bookings (8 rooms and above) must be confirmed 45 days in advance with the details of the Guest Name and Nationality.
• If the booking is made less than 45 days in advance, then the acceptance of the booking confirmation should be sent on the same day by fax or e-mail with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.
• The above rates are on per room per day basis and are net and non-commissionable.
• For all foreign nationals, on arrival requested to provide the Xerox copy of their passport and VISA.
• All FIT/GIT guest/s should present the voucher/exchange order at the time of check in.
